These terms apply between you and INTELLIGENT EDGE SOLUTIONS LLC, the operator and seller of ImportProof (“we” or “us”). By using the free checker or buying Pro, you agree to them. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
What the software does
ImportProof compares two product CSV files and reports deterministic file-level changes and known risk patterns. It does not connect to or inspect your live store. It cannot account for every store setting, app, permission, location, catalog state, or platform change.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for confirming every change, keeping a current backup, testing a small subset, following platform documentation, and verifying the result in your admin and storefront. A “clear” report means no configured deterministic blocker was detected; it is not a guarantee that an import is correct or reversible.
Pro license
A Pro purchase grants the purchasing person or organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded software internally for stores it owns or is authorized to manage. You may make reasonable backup copies. You may not resell, publish, sublicense, or distribute the Pro file or use it to create a competing copy of the product.
Acceptable use
Do not use ImportProof to violate law, platform rules, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or another person’s authorization. Do not attempt to disrupt the website, defeat checkout controls, or distribute malicious modifications under the ImportProof name.
Availability and changes
The free website may change, pause, or end. The downloaded Pro file is designed to run locally and does not require an ongoing account, but browser or platform changes can affect future compatibility. Unless the checkout explicitly says otherwise, a purchase does not promise future features or perpetual updates.
Warranty boundary
To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided “as is” without a promise that it will find every issue, work with every file, or prevent loss. We do not provide Shopify, legal, tax, accounting, or data-recovery services.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss, loss of profit, lost data, or catalog/store damage. Our aggregate liability relating to a paid copy will not exceed the amount you paid for that copy. These limits do not apply where applicable law forbids them.
