Catalog files stay on your device
The ImportProof checker reads and compares the CSV files you select using code running in your browser. The app does not upload those files, their rows, or generated reports to ImportProof. Closing or refreshing the page clears the in-page analysis state.
Ordinary website data
When you load the website, the hosting and security providers can process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, time, and security signals. This information is used to deliver and protect the site. The initial release does not set advertising cookies or include behavioral analytics.
Purchases and delivery
If you buy Pro, Stripe processes the contact, payment, tax, fraud, and transaction information required for checkout on behalf of INTELLIGENT EDGE SOLUTIONS LLC. We receive transaction and customer details needed to deliver the product, provide support, prevent abuse, process refunds, and keep required business records. We do not receive full card details. Stripe's privacy terms also apply.
After checkout, the private delivery page sends the Stripe Checkout Session identifier to Stripe from our server to confirm that the exact ImportProof Pro purchase is paid. The delivery service does not upload or inspect your catalog files and does not expose the purchaser's email on the download page.
Support
If you request support at jackwalkerlabs@gmail.com, the seller can retain your message, contact details, order reference, and troubleshooting information long enough to respond, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting duties. Do not send a live catalog or customer data unless support specifically requests a minimized, non-sensitive reproduction.
Your choices
You can use the free checker without an account. You can also use the Pro file offline. For a privacy request, email jackwalkerlabs@gmail.com and include the order reference if relevant.
Changes
This policy will be updated if hosting, analytics, payment, or support practices materially change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
