14-day functional guarantee
You can request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if ImportProof Pro materially fails to perform the features described on the sales page and we cannot provide a working file or reasonable fix.
How to request one
Email jackwalkerlabs@gmail.com. Include the order reference, browser and operating-system versions, what happened, and—where possible—a small synthetic CSV that reproduces the problem. Do not send customer data or a live catalog.
What is not a product failure
A refund is not automatically due because Shopify rejects a file, a live import produces a store-specific outcome, the report correctly identifies blockers, or you no longer need the product. ImportProof is a file-level preflight, not a guarantee of Shopify behavior. We may still choose to refund in a fair individual case.
Processing
Approved refunds return through the original payment route and can take additional time to appear depending on the payment provider. This policy does not limit any non-waivable cancellation, conformity, or refund right under applicable law.
